What's Cookin' Wednesday?


Love berries? Love green tea?
Well girl, this smoothie is definitely for you!

* Mixed Berry Green Tea Smoothie *


Ingredients:

1 cup cold, unsweetened green tea, 1 cup baby spinach, 1 cup frozen berries 
(your choice! I love raspberries), 1 Tbsp flax & chia seeds (optional), 
honey to sweeten (optional).

Method:

1. Brew green tea bag in hot water for 3-4mins. 
2. Place tea in fridge to cool (if you don't have enough time to wait, simply pop a few ice cubes in your tea to bring the temperature down).

3. Add all ingredients to your blender and whizzzz.
4. Pour into glass and enjoy!

I just love this smoothie recipe! 
It is packed full of so much goodness and is super refreshing too!
